"IPA Seminar: Achievements and Opportunities” organized by the Ministry for EU Affairs for presenting the achievements in IPA I period and discuss IPA II period opportunities took place at Bursa Hilton Hotel on 5 December 2017.
The opening of the seminar was made by the Deputy Undersecretary Ahmet Yücel. Central Finance and Contracts Unit Director Mr. M. Selim Uslu and Ministry for EU Affairs Financial Cooperations Director Ms. Beyza Turan made a speech as well.
Approximately 150 representatives of the senior officials from public institutions and from non-governmental organizations, participated to the seminar.
During the morning session of the seminar, presentations were made by the authorities of the IPA beneficiary Public Institutions on IPA I period achievements and support provided to Turkey in the light of EU accession process.
In the next session, information was provided by representatives of Public Institutions managing IPA II funds by making presentations on IPA II financing opportunities.
